Return & Refund Policy — Orders Shipped to US Customers

Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at paul@happyvoltage.com within 7 days of your delivery date (the return window begins the day tracking shows "Delivered"). Include your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time.

Restocking Fee Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping Charges Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at paul@happyvoltage.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping in these cases.

Processing Time Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

EU/EEA Customers If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please contact us at paul@happyvoltage.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Returns must be initiated within this period. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
